Support Sky Without Limits

In May 2020, when Sky Without Limits members successfully pushed their landlord to sell the Corcoran 5 buildings to tenants, Sky Without Limits was formally established as a community-managed housing cooperative in the Corcoran Neighborhood of Minneapolis. At that time, the buildings came under the stewardship of the Twin Cities Land Bank.

We are raising money so that tenants can purchase their homes from the Twin Cities Land Bank, winning even more autonomy and control over their own housing and community. We have already financed the purchase of four of the five buildings, which we will close on in May 2025.

Our goal is to raise $1 million to close on the fifth and final building, and fund the necessary repairs and renovations needed after years of neglect. Every dollar from the community gets us closer to achieving our dreams and embarking on the next chapter of our story.
